The lab exists to build that plumbing in public, document the seams, and hand the blueprints to whoever needs them next.

We work with Remotion when video should be code. We use n8n when a workflow shouldn't require a backend team. We self-host when latency, ownership, or cost matters. And we publish the gnarly bits — the prompts, the scripts, the wrong turns — because that's where the actual leverage lives.
